With E3 in full swing, Lucas Arts has released a new video detailing the events that caused the Jedi Civil War.

Seems like the Mandalorians got the short end of this stick. While the video presents the story well, I was a bit disappointed that they haven’t released any new game footage. The video is also pretty anti-climatic. It builds up nicely to the tensions between Malak and Revan, but then all of a sudden the star forge is destroyed and Revan defeats his old apprentice. That’s it? Isn’t there some epic battle? A small force defeating the odds to overcome a more powerful enemy? Isn’t that the Star Wars theme? Even I could take all their concept art and record a narrative over the top of it. I wish they had put some more work into it. We’ll see if their next episode about the Mandalorian wars is any better.
