Beta Testing Has Begun
The moment you’ve all been waiting for! Ok, well… at least I’ve been waiting for it. The beta testing for Star Wars: The Old Republic has officially begun. I signed up for the beta testing almost a year and a half ago, but so far I haven’t received an invitation.

Initial Glimpse: Bounty Hunter, Trooper, Smuggler
Looks like Gamespot got to be the lucky ones. They got to play the opening missions for six of the eight playable classes. The classes they got to play were bounty hunter, trooper, imperial agent, smuggler, sith inquisitor and sith warrior.

Sith Warrior – Advanced Classes
The unveiling of the first of the advanced classes has happened for the Sith Warrior class. Once you reach a certain level in the game you will be presented with a choice to specialize in an advanced class. This will determine the strengths for your playing style.
New Advanced Class System Announced
Star Wars: The Old Republic announced today a new advanced class system.
